Megan's listing strategy for my house was perfect. Within 3 days my house had 7 showings and 3 offers, two of which were for above asking price! We put it under contract in under a week for 3% over asking. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Additionally, the pictures she had taken of my house were by far the best ones I have ever seen in a listing and drove tons of traffic to the house. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a northern suburbs realtor!
