Our family’s journey with Megan began in Feb of 2018 while I was still up in Bath ME prior to relocating to the Jax area. Began searching for homes and dynamics and schedules changed and she was always a phone call away and ready to answer any questions. Any one who can deal with ever changing lists and super wife pickiness is a Saint in my book. She was always very knowledgeable when it came to all the areas of Jacksonville. Megan was very helpful with our search for a house. She initially started with us when we were still in the Mid-West and did some virtual touring for us. When we got to Florida and actually planned a day of house touring I was happy to see how organized she was. We toured 11 houses and she made sure the routes made sense, printed out specs of each house, had information on the school rankings of each location. As this was our 1st home buy, she explained all the steps along the way. Megan kept in contact with the listing agent so we didn’t have to .
