Meg Loudermilk is a lifelong resident of Ellijay, GA . She has worked in the Real Estate business for 39 years reaching her goal to becoming a top-producing agent in the North Georgia area. Meg has raised two children in this wonderful area who have both moved and become successful in their own careers. She happily lives on the Cartecay River enjoying her hometown and its natural wonders. Ellijay has something to offer for everyone.
From her past occupation working at a local bank, Meg started her career as a teller and shortly after, moved into the loan department working with Real Estate lending. Working towards the end of her bank career, Meg finished off her time there with years of experience as a Mortgage/Construction Lender, creating her financial knowledge in the Real Estate business.
In 1981, Meg began working with Charlie Fife, the owner and developer of Coosawatee River Resort, She worked in land sales, quickly acknowledging the price of land how buying and selling worked. A few years alter, she began her career as a licensed Real Estate agent continuing her occupation with Beaver Lake Estates, known now as Coosawatee River Resort.
Currently, Meg Loudermilk works with Re/Max Town & Country using her years of knowledge of buyer and seller resources in the areas of lending and selling land. She is exceptionally qualified in listing and selling residential homes, land, and commercial properties. Within the last years, Meg has been a top-producing agent and a life member of the Northeast Georgia Million Dollar Club.
Her practice of Real Estate includes extensive knowledge of the North Georgia area, customer service, and strong attention to clients dealing with detail and personal clientele transactions. With the knowledge through her banking and Real Estate career, Meg Loudermilk holds the bar high in terms of successfully placing clients in good hands finding their forever home in a relaxed and satisfactory level.
