We had been looking at houses for two years now and this popped up all of a sudden in the listings I was looking at so we called the Realty firm that placed the ad so that we could view the property and that’s when we had contact with Renee. Renee was wonderful every step of the way I couldn’t ask for anyone better or for anything more to be done. The experience was fantastic, and a smooth as an experience could go by your house.
As a seller, there's a lot on your mind other than simply selling the house, like moving, transitioning to another job or, as in my case, retiring and moving to another State. HSR (Meg and her posse) takes the house sale worry off my shoulders, from making necessary repairs, upgrading where necessary, staging and marketing in such a way that pre-sale offers were possible, even probable, but even after listing, to ensure that my house sold above the asking price within two days! Meg's husband, Mike, and his "Wingman" group, quickly got into the house to thoroughly repair, paint, and carpet at costs far below what I could have obtained on my own and in a timeframe that fully supported our listing target. Meg and her posse stayed in constant contact with me and were fully responsive to my needs over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays as the house was prepared to list, went through the sale process, and then prepared to close, at a time when they were out of town to celebrate their holidays with family and friends. Meg's advice was spot on in every instance. Her thorough understanding of the market in northern Virginia and particularly in Montclair is without equal.
