After almost of 4 weeks of moving, and setting up the house we purchased, it is time to thank those who made it possible. Here is a long due review for Meena Gujral (Achievers Realtor), who is, in a single word, AWESOME!! We (me and my husband) picked Meena as our buyer agent after meeting and talking to two other agents (who shall not be named). The first time I spoke to Meena, she showed a lot of enthusiasm and was willing to listen to us and our requirements. As a first time home buyers we had with very little knowledge about the process (albeit all the research) and Meena walked us through everything, not just at the beginning, but throughout the buying process. When we started looking at houses during open houses and private shows, we quickly realized that the current market is crazy (just like she warned us) and it may be a while before we land our dream home, and a while it was. It took us 5 months to find one to our liking and within our price range, and throughout that time Meena was very supportive and helpful. We wrote many offers during those 5 months, some of which are a joke now that we look back and yet she wrote those offers to our liking every single time.
