Meaghan Becker did a wonderful job coordinating with the 3 sellers whom lived at a distance from each other. She communicated with us by email, text messaging and phone conferencing. She helped me with completing documents on the computer and made sure I sent them to the proper parties. She kept us informed about the comparable properties in our area as well as how to best present our property to buyers. Meaghan made sure we had the information needed to set a fair selling price. She worked with other realtors in the area to insure her knowledge of the community was accurate, especially relating to asking price. Meaghan also supported us emotionally and affirmed our confidence when discussing buyers proposals, and of bringing the property to a closing when details seemed to be bogging down the process. My mother and I used Meaghan with assist in selling two small properties my mother owned. In all my dealings with Meaghan she was calm, and understanding when helping keep us on track.
