Meg was incredibly helpful from the beginning to the completion of our condo. As an out of state buyer, it was important to have a realtor who was knowledgeable about all aspects of the market. Not only was she able to help us make an informed decision on what we wanted/needed to purchase; she was invaluable(due to previous decorating experience) in assisting us in the many selections for our new condo, always willing to meet with us on our schedule. She was always quick to respond to our questions/concerns, & helped with communication to our builder. We could not image having anyone else that could have done a better job then Meg in guiding us through this exciting, but at times stressful experience!

Meg is incredible. I have both bought and sold a house with her this year, and I am working with her to help me build a rental property portfolio. She is supremely professional, knowledgeable about design and structural issues, full of helpful contacts for repairs and inspections, prompt and responsive, so easy to work with, and overall awesome. She made a beautiful slideshow video for marketing my farmhouse and was so proactive in reaching out to the horse and farm community where people might be looking for land and an historic country home. Meg did an amazing job helping us sell one of our rental properties. She gave us a few ideas on ways to make the home stand out, and it worked. We listed our home on the high side of what the market was calling for in that area, and were able to sell the home in 2 days at full asking price. The great part about it is that the changes we made to the home will also benefit the new buyers. Meg was wonderful at communicating with us throughout the process.
