I’ve lived out of town and she made it happen for me and she was very honest and very thorough and without her we would’ve never made our end of sale due to my realtor in Marksville. I appreciate everything she did. She’s very thorough and very helpful.
Meagan made looking for land so easy! She was always so helpful, quick to respond and very professional. Meagan knew what was happening in the market and could always answer our questions. Meagan is as great as they come. She's not only young & energetic which was great for tirelessly filtering through homes until we found the perfect one, but she comes with a lot of experience because she also works with her momma, who has a lot of experience & knows the business inside & out. She put our wants first, we were about to close, but visited the house 1 more time first & noticed that the owners were dog owners who must've hosted pool parties for dogs regularly because it smelled just like that (they must've been covering up the smell during open house) but she offered to clean it up absolutely free. She made our experience as smooth as possible, the communication was great, & she was very informative. Not to mention we got a killer deal on the house. Honestly, consider yourself lucky if you get her on your team. I never give 5 stars, but you have to give credit where it's due.
