As first time home buyers searching and failing to find a home in 2022 (didn't work with Meagan), we were nervous starting our search again in 2023. We recently moved to Florida and Meagan helped us find a house. She made everything absolutely seamless and we didn't have any stress during the process. She helped us put together an offer on the house she felt very strong about and it was accepted within 2 days. We hit a snag right before closing where I contracted COVID, so I was not going to be able to attend the closing. So instead of delaying closing, Meagan went into action and we didn't miss a beat as she made it all happen with a virtual closing.....again......no stress.
