Meagan was recommended to us by our mortgage broker, who we love, so we listened to her. I will definitely do more research next time I am hiring an agent and go with someone with more experience and knowledge. Very slow to respond, I spent a lot of time doing my own research and waiting for responses from her. Late about 70 percent of the time and not very put together. The market is very stressful right now and I understand that but I also know there was a lot more she could have done to work for us. Lastly the agent for our home we purchased asked her to see if we wanted to buy a few items the sellers were leaving. She neglected to tell us about the washer and dryer they were selling and purchased that for herself. very unprofessional toward us after closing, especially when she closed on three houses that day because of our recommendation of her to our neighbors. Will never make that mistake again!
