This is the second time I had McKenzie help me with a house! First time she helped me buy my house and then a few years later helped me sell it. I had my house on the market for about 7 months with another agent but she was inexperienced so I called McKenzie and she had it under contract quickly with great terms. It really makes a difference with what realtor you go with and I definitely recommend going with her. McKenzie has been the most wonderful human ever!!! She was super patient and understanding with us for our journey to find the right home!!! She knew exactly what we wanted and was sure we were going to find it!! She kept us optimistic and spirits high when it did take some time to find the right one! She was super knowledgeable and very straight forward for everything we were to expect and see! She could tell when we were not feeling a property and was ready with more options right away. She went above and beyond when assisting us to find a house!! She would tour neighborhoods and find the neighborhood rates for us! She worked day and night to make sure we found the right home and then when we did she made triple sure it was what we actually wanted and not just settling (we probably looked at about 40 houses) She was super helpful during our contract period, keeping me on track and making sure other parties kept on track as well, visiting the property multiple times to make sure everything was doing well and even climbing into the attic herself to see what the inspector had mentioned!! She helped with finding home owner insurance and made sure I was super ready for closing expectations!! She has been the freaking best and I am super grateful for her!! She is the most genuine, personable, helpful, best realtor ever!!
