Was referred to Barlow Realty by my lawyer to sell my parent's house in Camarillo after their passing. Setting up a time with McKay and Corrine was easy. They came and viewed the house. Gave me their honest opinion of it's condition and whether to show it furnished or unfurnished. We discussed a price for comparable in the neighborhood and what would work to sell without sitting on the market for a long time. They managed the setting up of a terminate inspection also referred me to an estate mover to clear the house out. After about a week+ of prep we listed on the market and they posted on all the main trafficked websites. McKay handled the offers and reviewing them with him was very easy and gave me his honest opinion. Once in escrow Corrine was on it for all the documents I had to sign. Overall a smooth process and their prep work made it easy all the way through the close of escrow. Very satisfied with the selling process. Thanks!
