Successful "Blind Date" through Zillow

My wife and I were looking for a beach house in NMB. When we found one we thought we liked, we allowed Zillow to match us with an agent and we were matched to Team McIntosh. We live in Raleigh, but knew we would not be able to wait long before this home was off the market, so we asked Jeff to meet us the next day driving 3 hours on a stormy Sunday and he was waiting for us with an abundance of information and local knowledge but just as important, a certain warmth that's not often found these days. He presented us with multiple options in the area, but my wife was already in love with the home we are in. He coached us on market pricing and a few bidding tactics to get the price we wanted without pushing the seller away; It worked and after a few trades we entered into an agreement with the sellers. Jeff and team not only handled all of the paperwork, etc, he and team referred us to the most wonderful lender and insurance company and we ended up using all of his recommendations. When we closed on our home, true to his behavior throughout the process, Jeff even watched our twin 8 year olds while we were in with his wonderful wife/business partner Trish. Best experience with Realtors, ever!
