Mayte is the best real estate agent in Santa Clarita. Throughout our entire home buying process she was there to support us from start to finish and even after buying our home - she is someone we can always run to for advice and support. Mayte helped us find our very first dream home in the midst of the pandemic AND in the middle of the most competitive housing market to date. She is a Santa Clarita valley native and is very knowledgeable about each and every city within it. For our first home we wanted a place that had a backyard, a garage, washer and dryer and large master/master closet… while also being fairly updated and not too old. Mayte completely knew what we were looking for and always made the best recommendations. We viewed many beautiful homes together and always put together an action plan. During our home buying process we made many offers (the 2021 competitive market) and mayte always helped strategize the best way to make us stand out. We came very close to getting chosen for several properties with our best offer. However, got out bid financially with cash offers - which is just apart of the process especially in this type of housing market. Mayte was always there for us, being extremely positive, and attentive to every concern or question we had. Within 3 months of searching mayte found our dream home that hit all of our wants! She was able to position our offer to make us stand out from the rest. She is very knowledgeable about the scv market and was always constantly researching comparables for us. She truly is a gem. The fact that we found our first dream home with a backyard in Santa Clarita within our budget!? Mind blown. Throughout the entire process she kept us updated and was great at communicating.
