First off, I began the process of selling our home in Dublin, Ca with the mindset that I was not even gonna use a realtor. Shortly after we listed our home, Mayra reached out to us and offered advice and support about selling homes independently. She wanted nothing in return.. She went out of her way to ensure I had the tools to sell independently. after listing the home for a little bit independently We came to terms with the fact that it would be beneficial to have an agent represent us.
