My experience with Mayra Cardenas was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, Mayra was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me sell my home . She took the time to answer every question, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and always made me feel like a priority. Her dedication, attention to detail, and excellent communication made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. We got a rough start. Mainly because the mortgage company, that assigned her, didn’t let her know I was stuck in a different state for the whole process. Once we got that disconnect figured out, Mayra went above, and beyond, to help me find my house. She drove out to remote locations, and did video walk throughs. Grilled selling realtors with my esoteric requests. Consulted with inspectors, and surveyors, to make sure the property was exactly as needed, for me to move right in… then spent her own personal time, after the sale, to make sure the property was secure until I could move in. It was a fairly long process, through no one’s fault, and there were a few hiccups in communication, but it was an overly good experience, and I feel that a large part of that was due too Mayra’s professionalism, and naturally good character.
