We had sold homes before and bought into the norm that everyone uses a selling agent and has the pay the associated costs. Don’t fall into this trap! Mr. Lister’s process is straight forward. They help you when you need it. You actually have a very experienced realtor when you have questions. The only time you are on your own is when you’re showing your home but then you have the help of the buyers agent. I actually enjoyed showings. Proof it’s easy: filled out Mr.Lister on-line form, they had us multiple listed that night and on realtor.com and Zillow. We had a showing the next day, four more that weekend, two more the next week. Sold within a week. Saved thousands of dollars. Just do it!
