For our first home purchase in Houston Mayda was great at introducing us to the Houston housing market. Mayda showed a lot of patience as we were trying to figure out which neighborhood we wanted to move to. Mayda worked well with the buyer's agent and spent a lot of time with us visiting many houses in various areas of Houston. As we were closing in our preferred house, Mayda was very quick to act and flexible in how to set up the contract. Mayda did also a great job during the due diligence to make sure we did not have any bad surprises with the state of the house.
