Prestige is a great company to deal with. Alex and his mother work well as a team together, very well organized and honest. They have been the only real estate company that has always found me a good tenant time after time. I would consider them highly and I am sure you will have a good experience. Darren
As a client and investor, I have to highly recommend Prestige Waterfront Realty (Alex and Maya), with all the assistance provided during the purchase and sale of my properties. They Answering calls when we need to resolve issues related to selling or purchasing, I am very satisfied. Review submitted by Hudson Lopez (Seller) on 17 Oct 2023
Maya Tegov was the agent I chose for the sale of my condo. She has been very professional and knowledgeable on the real estate trends. I had the condo on the market for a short three months and because of market skills i was able to sell it at a decent price and quickly. She certainly is the agent you would like to rely on with the sale of your property,
During the holiday season, Maya was available to show us a number of properties and worked with the selling agents to have accessibility to the various properties we wanted to see. Even though we knew the area we wanted to purchase in, Maya was very knowledgeable about each property and provided valuable insights for us. Maya is very responsive and we trusted her opinions. She is trustworthy and honest!
Maya clearly understands the market and assisted us to obtain the best price on the sale of our property. She explained thoroughly the rationale for the recommended sales price along with the pros and cons of our property. Since we were seasonal owners, she managed very well everything while we were out of the country and we had complete trust in her recommendations. She arranged the inspections and all details for us being remote from our property. Very appreciated her fairness and honesty.
We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Maya and her team. We were in the market to purchase our first vacation condo with little knowledge about how to find the right place. They were very honest and hands-on, such as visiting the potential units to confirm things for HVAC/etc questions we had (since we live out of state) and it really helped to take the pressure off. We cannot stress enough how much their knowledge and experience, combined with their patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services!
Maya is clearly an expert in real estate and a master of ocean properties. She guided and advised us from start to finish. She made sure we understood the dynamics of the properties we were interested in. She never let us drop a ball or miss a deadline. And she is a genuinely nice and fun person to work with.
Maya's knowledge of the local area in South Florida is unmatched. She is truly an amazing individual and goes out of her way to help you receive a wonderful experience, not only with your sale or purchase, but also while working with her team as well. Thank You Maya (and Alex)!

Maya did an outstanding job in many ways. We are french people from Canada a bit insecure to do our first transaction in USA and her knowledge of the area, her help to facilitate all transactions with the notary and the management people from the Condo’s association was SO precious to guide us and keep us in a peacefull trust! All this transaction was a pleasure! Thank you Maya!
