Maya has helped us with several seasonal rentals for our condo in Florida. and has always gotten us very strong rental rates for our unit. Besides being easygoing and very pleasant to work with she is very responsive and really knows the market well in the area as she has been actively involved in the area for decades. She finds the renters and then takes care of all the documentation via e-signature so very easy. She with the renters, monitors the rental during the term, and does the check-out inspections with the renters. She is also very active in sales in the area as well as the rental side. We wouldn't use anyone else for the rentals and would definitely call her if we ever decided to sell.

In Dec 2019, when taking a cruise out of Miami, I contacted Prestige Waterfront for seeing some condos they listed. Alex Tegov showed me several units in Dania Beach. Even though I decided not to buy any, Alex's professionalism, responsiveness and directness left a good impression on me. Then the pandemic put my apartment search on a hold. When I resumed my search last Sept, I immediately contacted Alex. Out of health concerns, I did not come to Florida to physically visit any apartment. Alex helped me visit the apartments through Facetime. For each prospect, Alex spent hours explaining to me the pros and cons. He also patiently answered my questions how I could upgrade the unit and etc. Alex is willing to help his customers out of his duty of work. In Dec 2019, knowing I were on a tight schedule, he picked me up from Miami cruise terminal to see an apartment occupied by renters. In another case, I had a concern of a building being too close to a power line. Alex went back to the unit to measure the electromagnetic field for me. Because I insist on buying the right property (for example, it has to be a corner unit) at the right price, it took a little longer than usual for me to finalize on a condo.
