she is the best, she knows the market, she knows how to sell, convince people.... the long story short , she is THE best .. she sold my apartment in one day , it was like joke. i trust her 100 % and feel very confident when i work with Maya, thank you Maya,

Maya is hardworking and reliable. We felt comfortable leaving her in chage of selling our condo when we were NY. The entire process was fast, professional and seamless. Maya also knows her marketplace, and will work diligently to find you the right property and the right buyer- Kathy and Ron M

Maya, thank you for all your help with our first project in Florida. You exceeded expectations and went above and beyond in our transaction. From the start you you knew the product, you helped us to a location that we love, you told us in advance of what to expect during the process and you helped us by putting us in touch with the people that are going to do the renovations so we can have the home of our expectations. Would certainly refer you others contemplating purchasing a home in Florida.

Maya was absolutely terrific. I was in the real estate business for over 50 years and dealt with many realtors over the years. Maya is as good as they come & better than perfection. If it weren’t for her advise and negotiation skills I wouldn’t be living here.

Maya & Alex are very professional & a pleasure to do business with. They sold my condo in just two days. We were pleased with the price she set while other realtors were lowballing it just to get a “quick sale”. This is something Maya achieved while getting us a higher price. I found her easy to talk to while willing to listen to me since the buyer was having difficulty connecting with his bank. We closed in two months.

Maya & colleagues made a potentially stressful experience simple & easy. Her professionalism, knowledge of the Fort Lauderdale realty market & experience were invaluable. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the service & her responsiveness. I unequivocally recommend Prestige. Mark Levy

I had an excellent experience with Maya and her team. From the start they were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the market, the area, and guided me every step of the way as a seller. I trusted she and her team completely, and they came through for me by getting me an outstanding offer after just 24 hours on the market! I recommend Prestige Waterfront Realty to anyone looking to buy and sell! You won't be disappointed.

I first met Maya 4 years ago and from first impression, she was extremely professional! She and her entire staff, treat you like family and will go above and beyond, to meet your needs. I’m Truly blessed to have met her not only as my realtor, but also as a great friend! I always know that I’m in good hands, through out the entire process when purchasing a home! Mark G.

Maya Tegov and her entire team at Prestige Waterfront Realty are absolutely incredible. As a first time home buyer in such a crazy and unpredictable market they made everything simple and extremely easy. Maya was extremely efficient in finding exactly what I was looking for and also looked out for my best interest. She was excellent with the negotiation process, with my mortgage options and with all the due diligence throughout the process. She cares and is extremely trustworthy. The experience she has shows in everything she did for me as a client. I love my new place and I can’t wait for her to help me in the future!
