Maya was in control from the very start showing patience during the initial delays in listing the property. The delays were caused by the vendor’s issues in preparing the property. During those delays I was aware of Maya marketing to colleagues and then organizing the photos and 3D ready for listing. An offer was received one day following the listing and accepted during that weekend, at full asking price. This level was totally unexpected. Maya also recommended a lawyer to manage the contracts. All worked extremely well.
