Maya has been my realtor for the past 5 years, with buying and selling property. I’ve always had excellent quality and service, with her and her team. Clear communication and you always get positive results. I highly recommended PWR and Maya for all of your real estate needs!
The most knowledgable realtor on the Galt! She schools most real estate professionals and managers. Her up to date information is invaluable when searching. The most full time realtor I've ever known! We bought and sold and then bought again with Maya. All on the Galt! Shes the best!
If you don't want to buy, be careful! This lady knows how to close a deal!! Be ready. She knows her market better than anyone! I have worked with 6 realtors in different areas of Florida in the last 18 months and without a doubt Maya is the most knowledgable by far! She literally lives and breathe this business.
Maya was responsive whether it was nights or weekends. She proactively offered suggestions to obstacles that arose during the transaction

I've purchased 2 ocean front condos from Maya this year.
Maya is a knowledgeable, professional, and experienced realtor. She assisted my husband and I in both selling and purchasing condos. In the selling of our property at the Commodore, she set a record for the highest selling price per sq. ft. for a 1 bd - 2 ba on the “Galt”! Not only do we consider Maya as our realtor she is also our friend.
Closing went well as expected. Very pleased.
Maya was a tremendous help in finding a condo for my parents. She showed us a development that I would never have found on my own in the right price range. She guided us through a challenging board review process and my parents are very happy in their new home!
I had an excellent experience with her, she was always available to clarify all the doubts requested regarding price, offer, etc.

I had several real estate transactions with Maya Tegov and Prestige Waterfront Realty and I can highly recommend them. Maya gets the job done! She has knowledge of the market, experience ( 13+ years) , she has patience with her clients and knows how to close the transaction. she is the best !!!!
The process of my condo sale was a great experience. Maya was thorough and helpful the whole way. Especially that it was a remote process. I had peace of mind that every aspect of the sale was completed in a timely manner and any questions I had were address promptly. Definitely would recommend Maya to anyone who has real estate needs.
