I DECIDED TO MOVE TO MD FROM BOSTON. BY CHANCE I GET MAXINE MINAR AS AN AGENT TO HELP ME FINDING THE RIGHT PLACE ACCORDING TO MY AGE AND NO FAR FROM MY FAMILY. I DIDNT KNOW THE EREA AND ALSO NO BODY COULD GUIDE ME. STEP AFTER STEP HOUSE AFTER HOUSE MAXINE GATHERED ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT MY PERFECT DREAM HOUSE IN ORDER TO HELP ME IN THE BEST WAY. WITH A LOT OF PATIENCE,OF RESPECT ,OF UNDERSTANDING NEVER PUSHED ME TO MAKE A DECISION TOWARD THIS HOUSE OR ANOTHER , MAXINE GAVE ME THE ENTIRE SPACE TO EXPRESS MYSELF ABOUT THE PLACE THAT I WOULD LIKE TO FIND AND VOILA!!!!! SHE FIND FOR ME MY FUTURE HOUSE!!!! THE EXACT LAY OUT, THE PRICE WITHIN MY BUDGET, THE NEIGHBORHOOD, ETC...ETC... I AM SO HAPPY TO MOVE! MAXINE THANK YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN WITHOUT YOUR HELP I COULD NEVER FIND IT.

Maxine is a champ! When my spirits were low, she kept me in the game and said let's do another Open House. She offered to help with my dog for showings and offered help with everything along the way. I was about to give up a couple times but she kept my focus on the goal!

Maxine explained everything in detail from the very beginning and made the process much smoother than the last time I sold a house. Maxine is extremely thorough. She has numerous connections that have assisted me in preparing the sale of the house. Maxine always responds immediately and has made me feel as though I am her number one priority. While we were both on vacation she worked with me to get an offer turned into a contract! She made me feel at ease when I got stressed and helped me understand everything that was going on.
