Max spoke my language and is a dear friend to us. I thank God for his wisdom on the housing market because I am dumb as dirt on many issues. When I would get exasperated and want to drop the price of the house, he would calmly point out the pros and cons of that but always did what I asked unlike the last realtor that we had that kept insisting we go under market value on our house! He is kind to everyone and never tried to force his will on others. A wonderful negotiater both ways. And he can get pretty close to how much everything would cost at closing! Very important for our situation. I highly recommend this realtor to anyone either buying or selling property!
