Max Nejad is one of a kind. In my opinion he is one of the best real estate agents in Orange County. I've worked with several residential and commercial agents in the past, and Max stands out from the rest. I listed my home with Max during the time I was pregnant which coincided with Covid. Max went above and beyond to get my home show ready. He took care of all the details from selecting excellent and affordable contractors to personally overseeing the work as I was unavailable. He had valuable input and the connections to get things done quickly and affordability. He made the entire experience stress free for me and sold my home favorably during such an uncertain time. Max is now helping me find my next home. As a buyers agent he is well liked and respected by others which I believe is so valuable in negotiations. Max is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. He is very honest which, unfortunately, is a characteristic that is difficult to find in business, especially in Real Estate. He is creative and has great negotiating skills to find solutions to otherwise difficult challenges. He works very hard for his clients and involved in his community. We didn’t know Max before listing our home. We came across one of his open houses and expressed our interest in purchasing. We talked with him a bit and decided to have him list our home while making an offer on his listing. Throughout our transaction, we expected the deals to fall through because so many unforeseen issues kept coming up. It seemed like it just wasn’t supposed to happen. Max pushed through hurdle after hurdle, keeping us informed, and was the key to making it happen.
