Tireless Advocate!

Max was a huge help for us! I was helping my sister sell a home that her husband had been working on before he passed away from a sudden illness. The house was becoming an albatross for my sister. A mortgage was still owed on it. The house needed a lot of work that she couldn't afford that made it impossible to rent. Even the physical location was very difficult for her to access as a non-driving single parent of two. By the time we started talking with Max, I'd solicited 5 offers and estimates and none of them would even cover the existing mortgage. Repairing wasn't going to be feasible because it was going to cost too much and neither of us lived close enough to the home to manage contractors. We were running out of ideas and getting pretty concerned. I brought this situation to Max and he came up big. He put together a different, better plan to market the house to a different type of buyer and helped my sister walk away with the mortgage paid off and a little extra for her pocket. My sister was happy and the buyer was happy with the deal he got. He was a life saver! We will be forever grateful.
