Mavy Rubiano and her team are execellent! They made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way to sell my house . I got a problem with a city permit that was not resolved by the contractor and Mavy helped me to close the permit and get the closing on Mavy was ALWAYS available for resolve my questions. I will buy a new property with Mavy because she is Excellent professional and dedicated to each Client, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process.
