From the beginning, Mauro communicated with us and answered any questions we had. One of the first interested buyers who later backed out, was a VA loan, which Mauro explained he had never worked with before. His honesty about the process was great. He did not hesitate to begin the process and learn, and he kept us informed the whole time. If we had any questions or concerns about any process or paperwork, he was available for us to call, even at night. The final buyers almost cost the sale, but Mauro coordinated with us and their realtor, and stayed on top of the situation until it was resolved. He is a busy realtor, but we always felt that he was focused only on us. It was great working with him and I never felt like I was just another customer. If I ever buy another house in South Florida, I will only go through Mauro.
