After Maurissa called us we knew it was a great fit. We were first time buyers, using the VA home loan, and not even sure if we were ready or what to expect. Our loan company had worked with Maurissa before and the seamless teamwork throughout the process made it seem almost too good to be true but it wasn't, Maurissa was just that good. She was upfront with closing costs, honest about houses that weren't a good fit, patient, knowledgeable, timely, and cultivates good relationships with all involved in the working process. Each week we received an update about what to expect that week. When we had a house touring day the entire day was planned with locations and exact times, it was very well planned. In Maurissa you also get someone in your corner that will stand her ground and get her clients what they deserve. My wife and I couldn't have enjoyed this process or had as much fun over what should be a stressful month with a different agent. We are very pleased. Look no further!
