I am so happy my wife and I decided not try and sell out house for sale by owner and instead used Maurine to sell our house. Maurine was great from the initial meeting to discuss what our first steps were to open houses and lastly the sale of our home. We sold quick and at full asking price! With Maurine, selling our house was much less stressful than we initially thought it would be and she even went the extra mile to take our little doggy out for a walk before meeting clients to show the house. Maurine was absolutely amazing! My partner and I just simultaneously sold our condo and bought a house. Maurine was very helpful with the entire process. She was great at explaining the paperwork, as well as always keeping us in the loop. She was always available to answer our many questions.
