Working with Mauricio Quintero exceeded any of our expectations. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress level, even though we were on a tight time frame. He was responsive to all of our requests and questions. He is highly professional, very talented and organized in showing homes with our time schedules. He clearly understands our budget and boundaries. It took him less than 2 weeks to find a nice unit in a nice location. This is the third house I buy and I have to say that Buying a house with Mauricio was by far an amazing experience; not only he worked hard to find the right house for us, but he also helped us working the price and on the closing to make such an experience as smooth as posible. I would definitelly recomend him to any boody and would definitelly keep him as my realtor if I ever decide to change my house or buy another property!!!
