Mauricio helped us get top dollar for our house. He was very patient working with an elderly parent and long distance situation. My parent (homeowner) didn't understand many things and forgot many others. Along with distance the seller's location was extremely remote and lacked internet connection and skills. Maurico worked with the problem and got the house sold. I am very grateful for his kind and ethical behavior.
