I am sure Mauricio will admit I was his toughest Client and unusual circumstances. I lived in Southern California and wanted to be near my Relatives in Phoenix. I gave Mauricio a long list of "Must Haves" but he wasn't discouraged. My cousin Minnie lived in Phoenix and she understood exactly what I desired in a Condominium.
