Maurice is a very experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent. I told him my expectations for my future home and he got right on it. After viewing the second property, I made a decision to move forward. Maurice submitted an offer on my behalf and it was accepted! He even negotiated 11k in seller concessions! Everything else was history from that point. Minor things came up during the escrow process, all of which were handled by Maurice.
