I believe he had the knowledge to market the sales with no problem. Disappointed that he never showed our home or participated in the process of selling it. All the other agents did the showings.

The sale of my home at 1848 Liberty Church Rd was my second real estate transaction with Mr. Rondeau as my agent. The first was the purchase of said home, and I have since conducted a third. He was accurate in his prediction of the current market conditions at each juncture. When he runs the numbers, you can expect to be pretty close to where things end up. He did the impossible at times. As each deal had some impasse, he would always put in any extra effort to move it forward. He doesn't quit and keeps pushing towards the goaline... the closing. He talked a closing attorney into reworking his schedule that day so the closing wouldn't be delayed and with a little persuasion made deals where the fine print said there wasn't a deal to be made. Anyway, that's just been my personal experience. I suggest you find out for yourself. You'll be glad you did!

Moe was very easy to get along with and motivated in making sure we got our house. Unfortunately our bank put us through the ringer when it came to their loan process but that didn't discourage him from going above and beyond to get things done and very quickly so that we could get into our house as soon as possible. 10/10 would recommend.
