Mauri was very helpful in our home purchase in the Venice area. Mauri represented us in the sale of our large and unique house in Sarasota, east of the Interstate. There were several elements of our home which made it unusual and therefore right for someone, but not for all. On 2 1/4 acres, it certainly was not a tract home. Because of its differentness, it needed exposure to the market...the more the better. Mauri was very good at holding regular open houses and sending information to the several people who stopped on the side of the road to write down her number from her sign. The house was on the market for 6 months, which we felt was not an over-long amount of time to sell a one-of-a-kind property.
