I purchased my first home with Mo and she was wonderful. Her style meshed well with mine - she's knowledgeable about the local market and I appreciated she never pushed me into a home. When we did find the home we eventually ended up purchasing, Mo helped us get the house for a lot less than I would have otherwise ended up paying in this crazy market time.
