I used Maureen Nightingale both as a buying agent and a selling agent. She did an excellent job in both of those roles. When I was looking to buy a place she carefully selected what I should view. When she knew exactly what I wanted, she found the perfect house for me and actually knew about it before it went on the market. So I was able to see it as soon as it was on the market and made an offer a few days later. She also helped me sell my condo, which was in an area that has a few challenges by. I would highly recommend her.

Maureen was very informative on keeping me in the loop through the whole process. She even went out of her way to store some of my things in the office! It was a pleasure having her handle the sale of my home as well as finding me a new one! She is a treasure to have on your team!
