I had owned this property for over 20 years, and I spent considerable time, effort and money in rehabbing it to get it ready for sale. Maureen clearly understood the appeal that the improvements and updates would have to a certain type of buyer and took that into account in setting the price. She did a thorough market analysis, but also felt that the property would command a premium if marketed properly. We set a price above recent comparables and Maureen was very effective in communicating the benefits of this unit to potential buyers. She staged the property in an attractive way to highlight some of these factors. The sale occurred quickly and at a great price.
