I am delighted to recommend Maureen. I moved out before my house was even listed. I had just buried my husband and was moving north near family. Maureen took care of everything. She helped me set the best selling price. The house was in escrow one day after she listed it. She connected me with the escrow company and helped me through the whole process. She kept me informed as to what repairs were being done and when. She had my credit card number so sent me a copy of every bill and every receipt. I was so thankful to have her there representing me and handling all the necessary details. Everything went very smoothly with her communicating to me what was happening there and letting me know when action was required on my part. Her fee was very reasonable and she more than did her part to see that all parts of the sale were handled correctly and in a timely manner. I was very thankful to have her as my listing agent and am delighted to recommend her to anyone who needs a very competent and caring realtor.

She was very realistic and honest when it came to different homes and what she thought they would go for. She was persistent and good at understanding selling agents and reading between the lines.
