Maureen Hensley

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Maureen! As a first-time homebuyer, I was definitely nervous about the process, but she made everything feel so easy and stress-free. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and helped me find the house I wanted. Whenever I had a question, Maureen was always there to help and explain everything clearly, which made such a huge difference throughout the entire process. She is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients. I’m so thankful I had Maureen by my side for such a big milestone in my life. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better realtor. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! ❤️

I am delighted to recommend Maureen. I moved out before my house was even listed. I had just buried my husband and was moving north near family. Maureen took care of everything. She helped me set the best selling price. The house was in escrow one day after she listed it. She connected me with the escrow company and helped me through the whole process. She kept me informed as to what repairs were being done and when. She had my credit card number so sent me a copy of every bill and every receipt. I was so thankful to have her there representing me and handling all the necessary details. Everything went very smoothly with her communicating to me what was happening there and letting me know when action was required on my part. Her fee was very reasonable and she more than did her part to see that all parts of the sale were handled correctly and in a timely manner. I was very thankful to have her as my listing agent and am delighted to recommend her to anyone who needs a very competent and caring realtor.

We had such a great experience and found a house very quick in this terrible housing market with minimal inventory. A big part of that was having a great agent. She was very realistic and honest when it came to different homes and what she thought they would go for. She was persistent and good at understanding selling agents and reading between the lines. Very knowledgeable on all details from home warranty to which lender to choose. Would recommend 100 times over.

Maureen helped us sell our father’s house in one weekend on the market. She helped us through every step of the process, answering all of our questions in a very timely manner. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Thank you Maureen

Maureen was so knowledgeable about the market in our area. She worked quickly and efficiently to make our first home buying experience go smoothly, explaining everything in detail and with us every step of the way. She was great with negotiating with the seller’s realtor as well-she was firm when needed and kind when needed. Great experience, will definitely use her for future home buying/selling needs.

If your looking for a realtor I highly recommend Maureen Hensley. Her market knowledge, communication, and professionalism was off the chart. Maureen represented us selling and also purchasing our dream home. I can't say enough about her dedication and commitment, she was always available and always followed up when we needed her recommendations. You will not be disappointed!
