She also did an excellent job during negotiations and made me feel like she truly had my best interests in mind. She was a pleasure to work with.

Maureen was full of very knowledgable advice from our first meeting. We had many questions to start and she answered them all with sage advice and excellent guidance. Our home did not fit into any preset catagory, but Maureen placed the MLS listing and showcased the large beautiful yard, acre plus of woods, and the beauty of our warm and welcoming home. We had constant communication from Maureen, and she kept us informed of every inquirey, and was always there with advice when we had our many spur of the moment questions. I was a bit overwhelmed when we started with lawyers etc., but Maureen quickly reassured me that most of the things I thought were unusual, were actually very common in selling a home. The sale was not without surprises that popped up during the process, but Maureen was always there to keep "old man trouble" at bay. I was amazed at how much paperwork is generated by selling a home, whether it is in E-mail, or hard copy from realtor to attorney to seller, there seemed to be documents for everything ecxept how much snow was falling outside. Maureen always guided me through the maze of paperwork, and kept my worrisome nature calmed and in check. I was always relieved to hear her voice when she called to answer my "millions of questions." Maureen would call and ask how I was doing and if there was anything I needed to make things flow easier. I don't know if anyone else could have been so kind and generous while dealing with me in what seemed an unending sea of requests and questions, but Maureen was always there with her calm and professional demeanor. On the day of the closing I had trouble with my car and Maureen drove my wife and I to the closing, and brought us home when all of the documents were finished and signed. That is not in the job description of a realtor, but Maureen is in the UPPER ESCHELON of realtors, and would have done no less. Anyone selling or buying a home could do no better than Maureen at the Cronin agency taking the lead.

If you are looking for a company and agent that puts their clients first you have found it. Maureen is truly caring and is incredibly responsive which is important during such a stressful time. I cannot say enough great things about her and so happy we choose her for our home search. Once we found our new home we also decided to use her and her agency for our sale which was a smooth transaction. I highly recommend you use her and her team for your home sale and/or purchase!!
