Maureen, from our first call was far superior to any other real estate agents I have worked with. She knew the area well, listened to what we wanted and where we wanted it, gave us hundreds of potential properties to look at even prior to meeting us in person. When we finally met her, she was an angel. She did all the research about the areas, houses and communities. Then after 3 days of looking she showed us the perfect house. The details of inspections, insurance, repairs, went amazing. I know there were a lot of issues behind the scenes, however she never once made it look like the purchase was in jeopardy. We are moving down to Oriental from New Hampshire and had concerns from restaurant to stores and my partner was concerned about the ability to see sunsets as well as sunrises. Maureen sent us fantastic pictures of both from our property and informed us of all the places to shop and eat.
