Maureen did an astounding job finding a buyer for my deceased daughter’s house. She went beyond the usual real estate agent duties. Helped me deal with a very difficult tenant and find someone to improve on the landscaping, made copies of the house keys, and offered moral support. She handled all matters relating to the closing and has stayed in touch.

Maureen helped me to sell a townhouse that had a tenant in it who was considering purchasing. We listed as “ coming soon” to give the tenant time to seek mortgage, however this did not come through… and we had lined up a potential purchaser before we actually listed.
