Friendly and interesting experience!

Maureen went through purchasing processes with me and finally scored a good house for me after two attempts. Unlike some of the agents out there, she actually cares and would put in extra effort to make sure I got a good deal on my purchase. If you are interested, she would actually provide real estate knowledge that other agents usually won't tell you about. One of the most interesting experiences for me would be she would try to chat with me often to understand my personality more and able to suggest house renovations/decorations ideas that somehow close to or exactly the same as my imagination, which makes me more determined to settle with one property instead of leaving it all for me to think and get frustrated at the end. This is something that most of the agents nowadays are lack of from what I heard from other friends who purchased their own houses before. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and sometimes entertaining agent! With her your house purchasing/selling experience won't be as typical and boring as it sounds!
