I was very impressed with her extensive knowledge and her abilities. She gave me a detailed list of everything I needed to get done before we could list my home in order to the amount I wanted. Once listed it was only on the market 48 hours. The furnace died one week before closing and she was on the phone scheduling for me while I was stuck at work. She made the process much easier.
