Maura's 38 years of experience are evident as soon as you start interacting with her. She came to do an initial site visit at our condo and very quickly and decisively made suggestions on how to best present the property for open houses. She had the unit priced within a week and immediately scheduled open houses. After each open house, she provided feedback and followed up on all leads. She had the opportunity to collaborate with another realtor who was selling another unit within the complex (unit was not in direct competition with ours as it had features/upgrades that our did not) to maximize opportunities for exposure. Once an offer came in, she negotiated details with the buyer's broker to secure a deal amenable to all parties. She kept us informed throughout the process and answered any questions very quickly. I would highly recommend Maura to handle any real estate transaction. We will be using her again to sell our primary residence as well as purchasing a new home in the near future.
