Maura Callan Bain

This wasn’t our first time buying a home so while we had some prior experience and expectations, we did so during a very unique and challenging time. We started the process right at the start of COVID-19 (Feb 2020) and were hit with an endless series of challenges. Being a military family, I found myself in VA trying to buy a house while my wife was in another state trying to sell our old one. Because of these restrictions I never was able to travel back to assist in the selling nor could my family travel down to see new homes. Every step of the way Maura was always within reach going above and beyond helping us. She made time to ensure my wife and I knew everything, scheduled our appointments and navigated the constantly changing rules due to COVID. Maura was and is one of the hardest working, most knowledgeable and motivated people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!

Maura did an amazing job helping us sell our house before being transferred to San Diego. She took a lot of time to make sure that we did everything to prepare the house to be listed and did really amazing photos for the listing. The hard work at the beginning paid off and we had showings the day it was listed and we had accepted an offer within the first week. She was fully engaged from the beginning until the end to make sure everything went through smoothly. We highly recommend her especially if you’re military.
