About Mattie

Hello! My name is Mattie Sites. I was born and raised in Louisa county. I have family spread all the way from Louisa, to Albemarle, to Waynesboro, to Nelson and friends in Charlottesville, Fluvanna, Scottsville, Orange, and Spotsylvania. So, I am happy to say that I am very familiar with the central Virginia area. I am especially familiar with the Lake Anna, Bumpass, and Keswick areas, as those are where I have spent the most of my time throughout my years. My life revolves around my amazing family, including my sweet dog, Lyla. One of my biggest passions is caring for animals. I also enjoy hiking, deer hunting, (anything in nature really), antique shopping, interior decorating, and cozy movie nights. A big reason why I originally wanted to go into real estate was to be able to watch people’s dreams come true. My number one goal is to make sure my clients are confident, well informed, and most importantly, happy. I can ALWAYS promise my clients honesty, loyalty, dedication, and clear communication. I highly look forward to meeting, working with, and building relationships with people who love this area of Virginia as much as I do.
