In vetting Matthieu I found someone very knowledgeable, hard working, knows the markets, priced the condo right, advised on what work needed to be done to the condo. Has outstanding social media skills and did the perfect brochure for the condo. Matthieu also established is strong working relationship with the buyer’s broker that helped smooth over the rough patch’s one always finds to get a deal closed.
