I grew up in Clifton Heights, Delaware County and moved around a bit over the years but I have made it full circle and now call Glen Mills home. As a business owner, with over 30 years of experience as a carpenter, I have developed a critical eye for "Good Bones". This experience allows me to visualize the true potential of a property as well as appreciate its current stature. In 2001, I became a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey. I appraised homes primarily in the South Jersey Shore Area and throughout Southern New Jersey. I'm here to help you navigate and reduce the stress of your entire home buying and selling process. First time home buyers given first rate experience

Matt did a great job helping us find and purchase our first home. His patience and willingness to answer a multitude of questions surrounding the paperwork and help us meet deadlines put us at ease.
