Matt helped our daughter find and purchase a home in Fall of 2020. Because she had such a good experience with him, we asked Matt to help us sell our home in November 2020. His suggestions, market experience, and representation were key to our success. He is not only highly professional, he is smart and personable and a joy to work with. All documents were prepared quickly, he was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly with any questions we had. We had such an excellent experience with the sale of our home, we again asked Matt to help us with a raw property purchase in March of 2021. The selling agent was totally non-responsive and Matt handled the whole purchase and prepared all the necessary paperwork. Without him, we would not have the property we now have and are developing for our home for retirement. So, we have had extensive experience with Matt - a home purchase, a home sale, and a raw property purchase. We could not recommend anyone higher for any real estate needs.
